About the Building
The Vanderbilt Law School building is one of the most pleasant, comfortable and well-designed law school facilities in the country. The building's commodious design reflects the tradition, the character and the stature of Vanderbilt University Law School. Ample classrooms, wide corridors, pleasant offices, natural light, a central courtyard and numerous study areas foster the teaching, research, and intellectual and social interactions that are the core of the Vanderbilt Law School experience.
Building Hours
The law school's doors are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. For security reasons, building access during evenings, weekends and holidays is limited to law faculty, students, staff and authorized library patrons, and a valid student, faculty or staff ID is required to enter the building. Access may also be granted to guests who make prior arrangements for a weekend visit to the law school.
