2011 Bejing Conference addresses current issues affecting international business activity - May 20-21, 2011 - Numerous scholars and practitioners representing several nations attended the conference in Beijing, which was organized and sponsored by Vanderbilt's Law and Business Program. 2011 Vanderbilt Law & Business graduates honored - May 2011 - Thirty-seven members of Vanderbilt Law School's Class of 2011 earned Certificates in Law and Business along with their J.D. degrees. the certificates were awarded at a May 12 receptioin hosted by Law and Business faculty. Students earn the certificate by choosing elective courses from the Law and Business Program curriculum, including an intensive third-year seminar. Approximately 20 to 25 percent of the members of each graduating class earn the certificate.
