The Vanderbilt Regulatory Program hosts annual conferences and workshops that address issues of regulatory law and governance. Past conferences include:
Regulation and Administrative Governance: Historical Lessons from the Administrative State This newly established annual Conference on Regulation and Administrative Governance addresses cross-cutting regulatory and administrative law topics. This was the first in a series co-sponsored by Vanderbilt Law School, the University of Virginia of Law School and the Boalt Hall School of Law at University of California-Berkeley exploring "The Historical Foundations of the Administrative State," focusing on the periods both before and after the New Deal.
Private Agreements and Regulation of the Global Environment: Co-sponsored by the International Law Program and the Vanderbilt Center for Environmental Management Studies.
Consumption, Law, and the Environment: Co-sponsored by the Ecology & Spirituality Research Project of the Vanderbilt Center for the Study of Religion & Culture.
