LAW 970: Advanced Topics in Labor and Employment Law Seminar
A seminar focusing on significant practical and theoretical issues in labor and employment law. A research paper will be required. Topics covered vary from year to year, to reflect current concerns in the area. Prerequisite: Labor Law (formerly Labor Relations Law), Employment Discrimination Law, Sports Law, or Law of Work.
