LAW 720: Bankruptcy

A study of the rights of secured and unsecured creditors under state law and federal bankruptcy law, and the corresponding rights of debtors. Other areas covered include methods of collecting judgments, fraudulent conveyances, general assignments, garnishment, and attachment. Completion of Secured Transactions is helpful, but not required. [3 credit hours]
