This short course is an introduction to the responsibilities, functions, and business concerns of entertainment industry attorneys through mock negotiations and contract drafting exercises. The class includes lectures, guest speakers (such as entertainment industry executives), simulated negotiations, and contract drafting and analysis. Primary areas covered are the motion picture, television, and music industries. Pre-requisite: Copyright or IP Survey. Limited Enrollment . Pass/Fail . [1]
