LAW 794: Ethics and Public Policy

This course focuses on the role that values play in the public policy process. Students examine basic understandings of the structure of ethical argumentation, explores the relationship between ethical principles and public policy decision-making, and provides opportunities to engage in ethical analysis of public policy issues.
