LAW 956: Global Administrative Law SeminarMany of the new forms of regulation in domestic administrative law, including privatization, modeling, and decentralized governance, have international counterparts. In this seminar, students will explore the new global administrative law, evaluate its advantages and disadvantages, and consider mechanisms designed to ensure that international regulatory process is transparent, effective, and open to participation by individuals and non-governmental organizations. It is recommended, but not required, that students take Administrative Law and an international law course prior to taking this seminar. Enrollment limited. [3] |
