LAW 964: Law and Economics Seminar

This seminar will cover the basic analytical construct of the economic analysis of law. It will examine the assumptions behind this construct and also survey advance topics such as behavioral economic analysis, game theory, finance, and contract theory. A research paper will be required. Enrollment limited. [3 credit hours]
