LAW 778: Law of Cyberspace

This course examines how substantive legal doctrine is changing in both private law and public law in response to new forms of social interaction occurring across the Internet. Areas of discussion may include the Internet and copyright law, trademark law, defamation, professional liability, international capital markets, criminal law regarding pornography and gambling, and constitutional law regarding speech and privacy.
