LAW 864: Non-Litigation Strategies for Change in Public and Social Policy

This course will teach students how to approach the task of developing a strategy for problems that require social and political change within an emphasis on approaches other than litigation. It will include a review of alternative frameworks, models and other analytical tools for assessing alternative approaches, and then apply them to several case studies. Limited Enrollment  [3].
