LAW 887: Public Interest Litigation Short Course

This one-credit short course will start with a general introduction to public interest law, followed by approximately four discrete topics drawn from high-level public interest practice in recent years:  lawsuits against federal regulators; preemption and related issues of court access; First Amendment issues, including internet free speech; and Freedom of Information and other issues of governmental transparency. [1]
