Marc D'Antonio was elected President of the Columbus (Georgia) Bar Association, Inc. for 2007-2008. After nearly 15 years with Georgia Legal Service, Marc now works as the Hearing Officer and Chief Clerk of the Muscogee County Probate Court.

BerubeDanton  Danton Berube left his partnership at the Memphis law firm of Bateman Gibson & Childers to pursue a Ph.D. in Political Science at Yale University, where he was also a Visiting Scholar at Yale Law School. He is now an Assistant Professor at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Mark Hackett and several others have formed the law firm of Evans LeRoy & Hackett in Chattanooga. Mark has 16 years experience in health law, corporate law and litigation.

Adolpho Birch has been named a Vice President of the National Football League in New York, NY.

Steve Berreth has accepted the position as Head Legal, Intellectual Property and Licensing Corn & Soybeans for Syngenta Seeds, Inc.

Cathryn A. Berryman has joined the Dallas office of Winstead PC as a Shareholder. She is a part of the firm's IP practice group.

GarrisonPaul  Paul Garrison has joined the California State Automobile Association (AAA Northern California) as Director of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Assistant Corporate Secretary in San Francisco, California. He was previously employed with Wells Fargo for almost twelve years respectively as Vice President and Senior Counsel, Manager of Corporate Employee Relations and Manager of Regulatory Compliance. He has recently been elected as President of the Board of Directors of the Oakland East Bay Symphony and appointed to the Oakland Planning Commission by former California Governor and Oakland Mayor Jerry Brown.

J. Mitchell Dolloff was appointed Director of Business Development - Specialized Products of Fortune 500 diversified manufacturer Leggett & Platt. Mitch began work with Leggett in 2000 as a Director in the M&A Department. In 2002 he moved to operations, where he currently serves as President of the $200 million Tubular Products Unit (in the Industrial Materials segment). Prior to Leggett, his experience included three years in senior operating and corporate development positions with UnionTools, Inc. and six years in New York with the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, during which he completed over 30 M&A and securities transactions.

Mark Wildasin married Leta Cook, August 10, 2006, at Brant Point Lighthouse on Nantucket, Mass. Leta's daughter, Sarah, was her bridesmaid, and Mark's daughters, Grace and Kate, were flower girls.

Paul Gilbert, a former partner with Nashville law firm Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, has been named senior vice president, general counsel and secretary at LifePoint Hospitals, a rural hospital operator. Paul was involved in more than 75 hospital M&A transactions during his time at Waller.

Thomas E. (Tom) Campbell is vice president, general counsel and secretary of Oxford Industries, Inc. (NYSE: OXM) in Atlanta. He lives in Marietta, Georgia.

Christopher L. Howard joined Psychiatric Solutions as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. Chris was previously a partner with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis, where he practiced corporate and securities law, with a primary focus in the health care industry.

Mark Schein is the chief compliance officer of York Capital Management, a hedge fund in New York City. The fund has $5 billion under management and was started in 1991.

Gregory Wesner joins the intellectual property group of Preston Gates & Ellis in Seattle, WA. Greg's intellectual property litigation experience includes serving as trial counsel in obtaining a jury verdict of patent non-infringement in Montana District Court. He represented a small start-up sued by RealNetworks, Inc. in the first case ever brought under the anti-circumvention provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. He also secured a favorable award on behalf of the University of Washington in international trademark arbitration that permitted the university to register its mark in the People's Republic of China.

Mark Hayes Wildasin, a litigation partner with Waller Lansden Dortch & Davis in Nashville, has been tapped to head the Civil Division of the United States Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Tennessee. In addition to his duties as Civil Division Chief, Mark will also serve the Middle District's Affirmative Civil Enforcement ("ACE") Attorney, responsible for pursuing civil regulatory enforcement actions against entities that have fallen out of compliance with applicable federal regulatory statutes and rules.

Daniel Aronowitz and Jeanine Lynne Bush were married on January 7, 2006, at Columbia Baptist Church in Falls Church, VA. Daniel is president of Ulico Insurance Group based out of Washington, D.C.
