How do I register for Reunion Weekend? You may register by returning the form that was enclosed in the Reunion Weekend brochure you received in the mail, or you may register online. Can children come to the Reunion events? Children are welcome to attend the Pre-Game Picnic on Curry Field. No other supervised recreational activities for children are planned at this time. Family Care Connections offers licensed and bonded sitters. They have limited availability that will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. For arrangements, contact Family Care Connection at 800-581-8931. When should I plan to arrive on campus? Activities begin Friday afternoon and continue through Saturday night. The law school is the Reunion check-in and information headquarters. Complimentary parking will be available free of charge for alumni in several lots near the law school (see below). Attire for all daytime events is casual and comfortable, and attire for the evening events is business casual to cocktail, depending on preference. Be sure to wear your Black and Gold colors to the Vandy football game! Where can I get football tickets? You may purchase tickets by completing and returning the order form included in your reunion packet. You may also click here for a printable ticket order form. A block of seats has been reserved for law school alumni, their friends, and families on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets will not be mailed ahead of time, but will be ready for pick up at the Law School on Friday during check-in from 4-7 p.m. Please go to Reunion Hotel Accommodations to see a list of hotels where blocks of rooms have been reserved. Room blocks are available on first-come, first-served basis, so please make your arrangements as soon as possible. Reunion complimentary parking will be available beginning at 9:00 am Friday, October 16, through the evening of Saturday, October 17. Maps showing the following locations were included in the registration packet that was mailed and will be available at the check in table. Your best parking options are in the Terrace Place Garage (spaces 93-640). These offer the most available spots and are near the law school. Other options include Wesley Place Garage (spaces 52-170) on Scarritt Place, just off 21st Avenue South, and Lot 5B (formerly the Central Parking lot on 21st Avenue South and the former site of IHOP and its parking lot). Handicap parking is available in all of the above locations as well as in Lot 6B, just off 21st Avenue South, adjacent to the Owen Graduate School of Management and the Divinity School. Please note: Do not park illegally in handicap spaces, fire lanes, fraternity and sorority lots, special student lots, reserved spaces, or areas not specifically marked for parking. Cars will be towed from these areas at the owners' expense. |
