Richard Nagareda discusses Supreme Court case Taylor v. Sturgell

Richard Nagareda, director of the Cecil D. Branstetter Litigation & Dispute Resolution Program and the Tarkington Chair in Teaching Excellence, talks to the Federalist Society about Taylor v. Sturgell, a case concerning the outer limits of claim preclusion in civil litigation under the Freedom of Information Act that recently went before the Supreme Court.
