Panel discussion: "Enemy of the State: The Trial and Execution of Saddam Hussein," a new book by Michael Newton & Michael Scharf

This panel discussion celebrates the release of Enemy of the State: The Trial & Execution of Saddam Hussein, a new book by Michael A. Newton, professor of the practice of law at Vanderbilt, and Michael P. Scharf, professor of law at Case Western Reserve University and director of the Cox Center War Crimes Research Office.

In addition to Professors Newton and Scharf, panelists will include Judge Raid Juhi Hamadi Al Saedi, Clarke Middle East Fellow, Cornell University Law School, who indicted Saddam Hussein, and Mark S. Ellis, who is executive director of the International Bar Association.

A reception follows the panel discussion.
