New Views of Corporate Separateness: The 10th Annual Law & Business Conference
The Law & Business Program's 10th annual conference includes a morning session addressing International and Comparative Approaches to Corporate Separateness, at which four papers will be presented, and an afternoon session addressing Empirical Studies of Disregarding Corporate Separateness, at which three papers will be presented.
Professor Henry Hansmann of Yale Law School will deliver the keynote address, followed by a panel discussion.
