This Oxford-style debate features two speakers, sociology professor Ken Haas of the University of Delaware and District Attorney Joshua Marquis of Clatsop County, Oregon.

The debate will be moderated by Professor Chris Slobogin, director of Vanderbilt's Criminal Law Program.
