 A panel discussion featuring:

• Kenneth Starr, Dean of Pepperdine University Law School, who served as Independent Counsel in the Whitewater investigation
• Judge Gilbert S. Merritt, Jr., 6^th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals (Class of 1960)
• A.A. Birch Jr., former justice of the Tennessee Supreme Court
• Bradley MacLean, a member of the law school's adjunct faculty and an attorney with Stites & Harbison in Nashville who has been involved in several death-penalty cases (Class of 1981)
