2012 New Voices in Civil Justice Scholarship Workshop

Vanderbilt Law School’s Cecil D. Branstetter Litigation & Dispute Resolution Program will be holding its 2012 New Voices in Civil Justice Workshop on May 7, 2012. Five junior scholars’ works were selected based on an anonymous review of an outstanding group of papers submitted for consideration. A senior scholar will briefly introduce and comment on each paper before opening the session up to discussion about the work. The senior scholars will be Branstetter faculty and three distinguished visitors, including Myriam Gilles, Professor of Law, Yeshiva University-Cardozo Law School, who was a junior scholar in the inaugural New Voices workshop.
