A Hyatt Fund event co-sponsored by the Vanderbilt Alternative Dispute Resolution Organization (VADRO), the Cecil D. Branstetter Litigation & Dispute Resolution Program, and the Energy, Environment and Land Use Program

huffThis panel, moderated by Margaret Huff '76, an independent ADR professional in Nashville, will focus on mediation as an avenue to resolve disputes over water use and allocation.

Three panelists will share insights about their experiences in the field, the benefits and challenges of using mediation to resolve conflicts over water rights, how to create sustainable solutions as actors and conditions change, and how they see the field of water-use dispute resolution evolving.
