Gregg Galardi has more than 12 years of experience in representing major corporations in business reorganizations, restructurings, acquisitions and divestitures. Professor Galardi has also represented creditors and creditor constituencies in numerous Chapter 11 cases and provided transaction and restructuring advice to financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs and Merrill LYnch. As a member of the Delaware Bankruptcy Rules Committee, Professor Galardi worked extensively on the new Delaware Bankruptcy Rules which became effective in 2001. He has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating.
