Linda Rose is the Managing Member of Rose Immigration Law Firm, PLC. The firm handles all aspects of immigration and nationality law with emphasis on corporate and employment-related immigration. She is an elected Director of the Board of Governors of American Immigration Lawyers Association and is recognized as a leader and mentor in Labor Certification, the process by which employers sponsor foreign workers for permanent residence. She is a nationally-recognized speaker on immigration law and has written numerous articles for immigration handbooks and publications.
At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Rose teaches Immigration Law and Policy.
