Linda Rose is the managing member of Rose Immigration Law Firm. The firm handles all aspects of immigration and nationality law with emphasis on corporate and employment-related immigration.
She is an elected director of the board of governors of American Immigration Lawyers Association and is recognized as a leader and mentor in the immigration process known as labor certification, whereby employers sponsor foreign workers for permanent residence. She is a nationally-recognized speaker on immigration law, has written numerous articles for immigration publications, and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Rose teaches Immigration Law and Policy.
