Before joining King & Ballow, where he focuses his practice on antitrust law and complex business litigation, Steve Douse was a trial attorney and assistant section chief in the Antitrust Division of the 
U.S. Department of Justice. He has also served as a staff attorney for 
the National Commission for the Review of Antitrust Laws and Procedures.

After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Feikens, U.S. District Court for 
the Eastern District of Michigan. 
Professor Douse is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and 
American Bar Associations. 


At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Douse teaches Antitrust Law.
