Biography

Before joining King & Ballow, where he focuses his practice on antitrust law and complex business litigation, Steve Douse was a trial attorney and assistant section chief in the Antitrust Division of the ?U.S. Department of Justice. He has also served as a staff attorney for ?the National Commission for the Review of Antitrust Laws and Procedures. After graduating from the University of Michigan Law School, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Feikens, U.S. District Court for ?the Eastern District of Michigan. ?Professor Douse is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee, and ?American Bar Associations.
