Biography

Linda Breggin has served as a senior attorney with the Environmental Law Institute in Washington, D.C., for more than a decade. Her legal research and casework focuses on nanotechnology, non-point and point source water pollution, brownfields, and sustainable development. During the 1990s, she was an associate and served as counsel focusing on environmental and other litigation with LaBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae in Washington. She served on the staff of the Environmental Protection Agency from 1991 to 1995, where her roles included a stint as Associate Director for Toxics and Environmental Education with the White House Office on Environmental Policy from October 1993 to January 1995.
