BiographyMatt Foster represents clients in the areas of real estate and general corporate transactions. He focuses his practice on advising clients in the private and public sector on matters related to real estate transactions, planning and zoning matters, eminent domain, and municipal law. Currently, Matt also serves at the city attorney for the City of Forest Hills. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the American Planning Association, the Tennessee Municipal Attorneys Association, the Tennessee Bar Association’s Real Estate Law Section, and the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law and State and Local Government Law Sections. Prior to joining H3GM, Matt was the vice president of a marketing and consulting firm in Nashville, Tennessee. He started his career as a special assistant to the mayor of Metropolitan Nashville and Davidson County. At Vanderbilt. he teaches a course on ethics and professionalism.
