Biography

Larry Vranka is a New York-based U.S. partner who is co-leader of Linklaters' global U.S. securities and corporate practice. Professor Vranka has extensive experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters, having represented many of the world's major corporations and global investment banks. He has spent a substantial portion of his career based outside of the United States, including stints in Linklaters' London office from 2002-06, and in Hong Kong, where he headed up Linklaters' U.S. practice in Asia from 1999-2002.
