Biography
Philip Clark is general counsel of MedSolutions, a radiology benefits management company based in Franklin, Tennessee. He previously served as vice president and corporate counsel for Healthspring Inc., in Nashville, where his responsibilities included securities law compliance, risk management, contract negotiations, credit relationships, compliance and litigation management. Before joining Healthspring's corporate legal department in 2007, Professor Clark was the chief operating officer for Conserv Group, a Nashville-based financial services company. He also served as vice president and deputy general counsel for Finova Capital Corporation, an investment firm based in Nashville, from 1997 to 2004. Professor Clark teaches Contracts.
