Law and Economics student Jean Y. Xiao wins Vanderbilt Law Review Morgan PrizeLaw and Economics student, Jean Y. Xiao, was awarded the 2014-2015 Morgan Prize for her Vanderbilt Law Review Note, “Heuristics, Biases, and Consumer Litigation Funding at the Bargaining Table.” The Morgan Prize is a cash award, in honor of Professor Edmund M. Morgan, given to the student contributing the most outstanding piece of student writing published in the Vanderbilt Law Review during the school year.
