JETL 10th Anniversary Symposium: User-Generated Confusion: The Legal and Business Implications of Web 2.0
JETL and TELP are sponsoring a Symposium on User-Generated Content on November 2, 2007. Academics and industry insiders from all over the country will be discussing such topics as copyright law, social networking, and virtual worlds. The event is from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm in Flynn Auditorium, with panels throughout the day. Speakers include Dean S. Marks, Senior Vice President Intellectual Property, Warner Bros.; Professor Tom W. Bell, Chapman University School of Law; and Professor Greg Lastowka, Rutgers School of Law -- Camden.
The Keynote Speaker is Andrew Keen, author of The Cult of the Amateur: How Today's Internet Is Killing Our Culture. The Keynote Address will be given at noon in Flynn. Lunch will be provided.
