Designed to serve the interests of both the practitioner and the theoretician, the Journal is distributed worldwide. Subscriptions beginning with Volume 36 are $30 per year for domestic; $31 international; individual issue are $10; $11 international. Orders for subscriptions or single issues may enclose payment or request billing, and should include the subscriber's complete mailing address.
