We recommend staying at the Williamsburg Hospitality House, which is within walking distance of the main campus and historic Williamsburg.

The Williamsburg Hospitality House has blocked a group of 40 rooms, for the 11th SEAL Conference, beginning Thursday, April 8th, through the departure date of Sunday, April 11th, 2010.

The block will remain available to conference attendees and speakers until March 15, 2010, after which the cost will go back to the hotel's regular rate.

Single and double occupancy will be $94.00.  Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.  Arrangements can be made for luggage storage in an event room if you arrive prior to 3 p.m.

TRANSPORTATION

Airports and shuttle services:

We recommend the following two airports for travel into the Tidewater Area for access to Williamsburg and William & Mary College of Law.

Richmond Int'l Airport – RIC –  http://www.flyrichmond.com/Load.php?Content=Airlines and

Newport News/Williamsburg Airport – PHF – web http://www.nnwairport.com  You may locate the shuttle services and limo services available at both sites. However, two some recommended from our host institution:

The local taxi service recommended is Williamsburg Taxi at 757-221-0004 from Newport News ($35) and from Richmond ($85).

A shuttle service available at RIC is Groome Transportation who will transport up to 15 people at a time. To schedule travel with Groome Transportation, call 804-222-7222 or toll-free 1-800-552-7911.

A more convenient and individual service is available with Marrow Transit, LLC and their contact number is 757-564-5466 and web site www.marrowtransit.com . They service both airports.
