By tradition, several tables at the upcoming Annual SEAL Conference (October 13 & 14) will display a single copy of publications (and working papers) on SEAL-relevant topics. Conference organizers supply a sign-up sheet (later sent to the author) for attendees to express interest in receiving copies of the work(s).
