Vanderbilt Art & Cultural Property Law Association (VACPLA) is designed to enrich the students at VULS by providing a local connection to art, lectures at VULS by nationally renowned art and cultural property law practitioners, and other fine arts-related endeavors.

On March 12, 2008, VACPLA presented its first Hyatt Fund event, "The Burden of a Gift: Fisk University and the Stieglitz Collection," featuring two Bone McAllester Norton PLLC lawyers that had represented Fisk in the controversial case.
