As students with a common interest in entertainment and sports law, the society at Vanderbilt explores the multifaceted issues relating to the entertainment and sports industries. The society's goals are to assist members in obtaining legal employment in entertainment and sports; to provide a forum for the dissemination and discussion of legal issues within the fields; and to establish contacts with the entertainment and sports industries in Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles. Further, the society encompasses all aspects pertaining to the fields including music and film, sports and labor, broadcasting, and many other areas.
