International arbitration is a leading method for resolving disputes arising from international commercial agreements. The practice of international arbitration has developed so as to allow parties from different legal and cultural backgrounds to resolve their disputes. The goal of IAA is to foster the study of international law and arbitration in the Vanderbilt community through competitions, meetings, seminars, and other educational activities.
