Andrae Crismon joined the Gallatin office of Legal Aid Society in 2007 and was promoted to managing attorney of the Murfreesboro office in 2011. Professor Crismon’s past work includes work with the Office of General Counsel for the Tennessee Department of Health and clerking for Judge Inez Smith Reid of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. During law school, Crismon was an associate editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. He is a past chair of the Rutherford-Cannon County Bar Association Public Service Committee and serves on the Tennessee Bar Association’s Access to Justice Committee. He was a member of the Leadership Middle Tennessee Class of 2013. He received the Nashville Business Journal's 2014 Rutherford County Impact Award.
