Chris Gilmore

Chris Gilmore’s practice focuses on corporate (venture capital and private equity), real estate, and financial transactions across a variety of industries, where he assists his clients in debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate financings and acquisitions, corporate governance and structuring, and software, service and sales agreements. Professor Gilmore currently serves as a member of the City of Atlanta's Governing Board of the Office of the Inspector General and the Next Generation Advisory Board for Citizens Trust Bank. He is an active member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Inc., Gate City Bar Association, the Urban League of Greater Atlanta – Young Professionals, and an annual volunteer with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation.
