Neil Greenwell joined the New York County District Attorney’s Office as an assistant district attorney after graduating from Vanderbilt Law School in 2017. During law school, he worked at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he conducted bench trials, examined witnesses, presented evidence, argued motions and assisted staff attorneys in case management, and as a judicial extern with the North District of Illinois, where he researched matters pending before the court and drafted and revised judicial memorandum opinions.
