Russell Korobkin

Russell Korobkin teaches contracts, negotiation and health care law at the UCLA School of Law. Prior to joining the UCLA faculty in 2001, he held appointments at the University of Illinois College of Law and the University of Illinois Institute of Government and Public Affairs. Prior to entering the academy, Professor Korobkin served as a judicial clerk for Judge James L. Buckley of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and worked as an associate at Covington & Burling in Washington, D.C. Professor Korobkin has published more than 40 law journal articles in the fields of behavioral law and economics, negotiation and alternative dispute resolution, contract law, the health care law, and stem cell research, in addition to book chapters, articles in professional publications and opinion pieces.
