A student develops his or her own project, to be carried out under the supervision of a full-time faculty member. A faculty member's approval of the academic merit of the project, and agreement to supervise the project must be obtained in writing before the student may enroll in this course. A written work product must be included among the elements of the project that the faculty member evaluates, and this work does not satisfy the writing requirement for graduation. Pass/Fail.
Note: Faculty approval required. This course may be taken only once for credit.
