This seminar will feature distinguished legal and business scholars presenting their research on current important issues in the corporate and securities fields. Students will read and prepare written critiques of the papers presented. They will learn about important corporate and securities topics as well as develop an understanding of the empirical techniques commonly employed by academics and practitioners in these fields. A research paper will be required. Enrollment limited.
