Climate Change Justice Seminar

This seminar focuses on the challenge of reducing the risk of catastrophic climate change while addressing problems of social justice, with an emphasis on the potential structure of a global climate change agreement. The rationales for achieving global climate and justice goals, the major sources of stocks and flows of greenhouse gases, and the relationship between greenhouse gas emissions and poverty will be explored. Proposed public and private policy architectures and measures for reducing carbon emissions and alleviating poverty will be evaluated. Enrollment limited.
