This
course introduces students to the legal research materials and techniques used
in the practice of environmental law. It is also designed to further knowledge
of cost- and time-efficient research strategies and continue the development of
transferrable research skills. The focus will be on advanced administrative law
research, statutes and legislative history, and government documents. Topics
will include federal, state, and international environmental law; agency
documents; specialized databases; scientific and other non-legal materials; and
current awareness tools. Class sessions will be a combination of lecture,
