Alex Hurder elected to Council of ABA’s Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities

Alex Hurder has been elected to a three-year term on the Council of the American Bar Association's Section of Individual Rights and Responsibilities. The section helps the ABA in its efforts to protect and advance human rights, civil liberties and social justice.

Professor Hurder, who is a disablity law expert, was chair of the ABA's Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law from 2007 until 2010.
