Darlene Marsh ’88 elected president of American College of Mortgage Attorneys

Marsh, Class of 1988, a partner in Burr & Forman‘s commercial real estate and banking group based in Nashville, has been elected president of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA). She is being inducted as the organization’s first woman president at the ACMA’s annual meeting in San Francisco October 13-15.

 

 

 

 

Ahern Larry

Lawrence R. Ahern III, Class of 1972, a partner in Burr & Forman‘s banking and financial services, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights groups based in Nashville, will be inducted into the ACMA as a Fellow at this year’s annual meeting. He has been elected chair of the organization’s Bankruptcy Committee and will be speaking at the annual meeting.

Marsh and Ahern are the co-authors of “Environmental Obligations in Bankruptcy,” which is published annually by Thomson & West.
