The Environmental Law Institute and Vanderbilt Law School invite leading scholars, policymakers and attorneys to join the annual Environmental Law and Policy Annual Review (ELPAR) Conference to discuss the most innovative environmental law and policy thinking of 2020. The April 9 conference, to be held via webcast only, will feature discussions on the law and science of climate change attribution; market externalities, the common owner and shareholder activism; lessons from states in advancing environmental justice through mapping and cumulative impact strategies; and repercussions of zombie energy laws.
Articles will be presented by the authors and discussed by leading academics in the field before an audience of business, government, think-tank, and nonprofit representatives.
