John Goldberg delivers Monsanto Lecture at Valparaiso University School of Law

John Goldberg delivered the  Monsanto Lecture, an endowed  lecture given each year by a distinguished torts scholar, at the Valparaiso University School of Law on March 29.

Professor Goldberg’s lecture, "Ten Half-Truths About Tort Law," will also be published as an article in the Valparaiso Law Review.

Professor Goldberg, who serves as Vanderbilt Law School’s Associate Dean for Research, is currently working on an advanced primer on tort law and theory with co-author Benjamin Zipursky of Fordham University Law School, to be published by Oxford University Press. He and Professor Zipursky also have an article, "Tort Law and Moral Luck," forthcoming in the Cornell Law Review.
