Robert Belton delivered the keynote address at a plenary session of the 28th National Conference on Law and Higher Education on February 17. The subject of his address was "Griggs v. Duke Power and the Legacy of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964."
Professor Belton, a leading scholar in the fields of employment law and civil rights law, is currently writing a book on the landmark civil rights case.
